Head of Sales, Saudi Arabia

As a Head of Sales in Saudi Arabia, you will be a key leader in the sales team, responsible for developing and expanding high-level target customer and partner channels to effectively secure orders and achieve ongoing sales targets. Your role will focus on exploring new cooperation models in Saudi Arabia, supporting long-term market penetration, and building a high-performance local sales team.

 

Key Business Challenges to Solve:

  1. Establish and expand high-level target customer and partner channels to effectively secure orders and achieve sales targets.
  2. Explore new cooperation models and deepen market penetration in Saudi Arabia to support long-term expansion.
  3. Build and continuously improve a high-performance local marketing team.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Business Planning: Based on regional/customer insights, analyze potential customers, customer needs, and competitors to identify target markets. Develop and implement effective operational strategies in line with corporate and departmental market insights and planning.
  2. Customer Relations: Lead and maintain multi-dimensional customer relationships with provincial state-owned enterprises and strategic customers, integrating company resources to achieve multi-dimensional exchanges and cooperation with customers, enhancing customer stickiness.
  3. Regional Opportunity Mining: Collect and organize customer resources through public channels and provincial representative teams, establish routine communication mechanisms, and keep abreast of customer needs and potentials to form and establish long-term cooperation.
  4. Opportunity Management: Oversee the management of regional and strategic opportunity information, focusing on customer segmentation mechanisms to ensure the conversion of opportunities into orders.
  5. Order Acquisition: Through the exploration of potential markets, timely and effective information gathering and analysis, develop pre-bid guidance and customer attack strategies, and customize project solutions to meet customer value needs, thereby securing orders and increasing market share and performance targets.
  6. Lead Team Sales/Competition Data Analysis: Manage strategic customer profiles, customer relationship management, performance evaluation, lead and opportunity management, payment tracking, and contract quality improvement.

 

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  2. Familiar with project sales processes, with over 10 years of sales experience; experience with large-scale energy projects in Saudi Arabia preferred.
  3. Familiar with wind industry sales scenarios, understanding of wind turbine products, performance, or blades; industry understanding is a plus.
  4. Strong market analysis skills, understanding, and mastery of market insight, customer needs analysis, and customer relationship management.
  5. Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate internal and external resources.
