Human Resources Specialist - KSA

Job Purpose


The role holder is responsible for providing administrative support in implementing HR procedures and initiatives, extend high standard services while ensuring effective communications with all concerned parties.


Key Responsibilities


Recruitment

  • Handle the sourcing of candidates, interviewing process administration, employment prerequisites procedures and new employees onboarding accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Handle the sourcing and the administrative support required for internships and temporary employments including onboarding, renewals, and preparation of payments, etc.
  • Contribute to the administration of the Internal Job Opportunity (IJO) process in a timely manner while ensuring formalizing transfer requirements accurately.
  • Handle business card requests and ensure proper communications, documentation, and record keeping.
  • Handle the process of updating the organizational chart as and when required.


Training

  • Organize and implement training activities including but not limited to regulatory, technical, cultural and soft skills.
  • Monitor, update, and keep track of the approved training budget accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Contribute to the achievement of the approved training plan.
  • Handle employees training requests for local and overseas programs.
  • Ensure efficiency in processing the administrative requirements pertaining to training registrations, payments, and logistics.


HR Operations

  • Process data verification and input for payroll related transactions in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Attend and accommodate employees' queries and requests related to HR in a timely manner.
  • Maintain safety and accurate records of employees' personal files and ensure data is up-to-date.
  • Process staff credit facilities and ensure document verifications as per the Bank’s policies and procedures.
  • Administer the saving scheme contributions regularly and accurately.
  • Handle off-boarding formalities and related processes i.e. end of service settlement and related formal notifications.
  • Process the compensation and benefits transactions to credit employees' accounts in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Administer employees' reports (attendance, leaves, etc.) and raise issues as and when required.
  • Handle expat employees and dependents’ relocation formalities in compliance with governing authorities’ laws and regulations, including the administrative support required to process HR related liabilities and payments in a timely and accurate manner.


Other Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing HR related reports and presentations in a timely and accurate manner as and when required.
  • Provide the required level of support in implementing HR related initiatives.
  • Contribute to the process of job descriptions review and evaluation in line with the approved policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to the annual process of performance management.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or in any other related discipline is required.
