Senior Legal Specialist - Construction (FIDIC Expertise)

As a Senior Legal Specialist, you will leverage your expertise in construction law and FIDIC contract to provide comprehensive legal support for our projects. You will play a crucial role in contract negotiation, risk management, and dispute resolution.

Key Responsibilities

- Draft, review, and negotiate construction contracts, focusing on FIDIC.
- Provide legal advice on compliance with construction laws and regulations.
- Assist in the management of disputes, including arbitration and litigation.
- Collaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate legal risks.
- Conduct training sessions on construction law and FIDIC contracts for internal stakeholders.
- Stay informed about developments in construction law and FIDIC practices.

Qualifications

- law degree.
- At least 5+ years of experience in construction law.
- In-depth knowledge of FIDIC contract .
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
