Job Description:
Position Summary: The Compliance Supervisor oversees and manages the organization's compliance programs, ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and industry regulations. The role involves monitoring all activities related to regulatory requirements, governance, and any industry or location-specific legal obligations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement internal controls, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance.
- Audit systems that track and report regulated activities and processes.
- Conduct risk-based compliance assessments to identify, detect, and correct instances of non-compliance.
- Stay informed of regulatory changes and updates, incorporating them into company processes and procedures.
- Support communication and training efforts to educate stakeholders about compliance requirements.
- Ensure familiarity and compliance with SFDA (Saudi Food and Drug Authority) regulations.
- Review and approve claims submitted by sponsors.
- Prepare monthly reports summarizing all sponsor activities.
- Ensure suppliers meet compliance requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance.
- At least 5 years of experience in the compliance field.
- Proficiency in English is essential.
