Job Opportunity: Consulting Manager (Riyadh, Saudi Arabia)

We are seeking a highly experienced Consulting Manager to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business process improvement and Target Operating Model (TOM) design, gained from a reputable consulting firm. This role involves leading high-impact consulting projects, managing client relationships, and driving business development efforts.

Must have:

• Client facing consulting experience.
• Must come from a recognized Consulting firm.
• Must be currently doing process improvement / target operating model / transformation consulting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership & Management: Oversee teams to deliver projects, ensuring financial performance, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Service Delivery: Lead project delivery, data analysis, and facilitate executive meetings and workshops with clients.
• Business Development: Identify and pursue business opportunities within ongoing projects, develop proposals, and contribute to internal growth and research.

Qualifications:

• 5-8 years of relevant experience, with at least 4 years in Business Process Management, Operational Excellence, or Digital Transformation.
• Proven experience in managing consulting projects and engaging directly with clients.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
