Commercial Director - Saudi

Role & Responsibilities:


  • Lead comprehensive commercial strategies to drive sales volumes and profitability.
  • Expand presence in the KSA market, identifying new opportunities and ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts, securing high-value contracts.
  • Lead complex negotiations, ensuring profitability and mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Deliver tailored solutions to meet the unique demands of each account, positioning the company as a trusted partner.
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnering with the Growth team to expand into new markets.
  • Analyze sales performance, deliver actionable insights, and adjust strategies to meet or exceed targets.
  • Requirements:


    • Proven track record of crafting and executing market strategies that drive sales growth.
    • Strong experience managing key accounts with exceptional negotiation skills.
    • Ability to deliver tailored solutions that ensure customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
    • Proven ability to identify new business opportunities and drive growth within both existing accounts and new markets.


    Qualifications:


    • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, commerce, or a related field. An MBA is highly desirable.
    • 4-7 years of sales leadership experience in relevant industries, with a proven track record in branded or premium product environments. Experience managing key accounts is essential.
