Kinetic has partnered with a leading Medical Device company who are hiring a Business Controller to be based in Saudi Arabia.
The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Provide strategic financial insights to align financial plans with business objectives.
- Review and analyse financial performances by focusing on variance analysis against objectives.
- Oversee financial operations and reporting processes.
- Design financial models and participate in business cases to support new initiatives, improve financial performance, and conduct profitability analysis.
- Present financial budgets and reports to senior management.
Skills
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
