Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data and Customer Insights Analyst to join our team at Al Rajhi Takaful. In this position, you will be responsible for extracting, managing, and presenting data to drive business strategy and enhance customer-care initiatives. Your expertise in data collection, research, and performance monitoring will be essential in providing actionable insights and fostering collaboration across departments, ultimately improving decision-making processes and the overall customer experience.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Data Collection and Reporting: Extract and manage data related to overall business performance and customer interactions, creating comprehensive reports and dashboards to visualize insights.
  • Conduct Research: Lead market, customer, and competitive research initiatives to generate actionable insights that inform strategic planning and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics, conducting trend analysis and root cause investigations to optimize both business performance and customer care.
  • Forecasting and Predictive Analytics: Utilize historical data and predictive models to forecast business performance and customer behaviors, supporting informed decision-making.
  • Business Intelligence Automation: Implement automated reporting systems and leverage BI tools to enhance real-time access to insights.
  • System Upgrades: Oversee system enhancements and upgrades to improve data management capabilities and customer service operations.
  • Data Governance: Ensure data security, access control, and compliance with data privacy regulations to maintain the integrity of both business and customer information.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to understand their data needs and provide tailored solutions that meet organizational goals and enhance customer care.
  • Present Research Insights: Prepare and deliver presentations on research findings and data-driven insights to support organizational strategies and enhance the customer experience.
  • Data Strategy: Develop, modify, implement, and monitor data strategies to ensure adherence and effectiveness across the organization, with a specific focus on customer care.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Market Research, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence, preferably in a customer care or insurance environment.
  • Experience conducting market research and customer behavior analysis.
  • Familiarity with data governance principles and compliance regulations.


Technical and Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
