Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Consulting Manager to join our client's dynamic team in Saudi Arabia, under their Operation Optimization capability. The ideal candidate would have experience in efficiency and cost optimizations, work process excellence, organizational and cultural transformation, performance, and capabilities building.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a consulting role, with a total of 4-8 years of working experience.
• A bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Demonstrated expertise in Operations Project Management, Process Improvement, Process Re-engineering, Target Operating Model, and Process Mapping.
• Previous engagement with prominent private and public organizations in Saudi.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and optimize business operations across industries, focusing on supply chain transformation, target operating model redesign, and customer-facing processes.
• Develop and implement improvement strategies tailored to client needs, including cost-effective solutions, training initiatives, and technology integration for operational excellence.
• Define strategic objectives for procurement functions and implement initiatives to enhance procurement operating models.
• Lead the delivery of operational improvement projects, overseeing implementation and ensuring alignment with client objectives.
• Drive business development efforts in the operations space, leveraging expertise to identify and pursue new opportunities for operational excellence consulting engagements.
