Job Overview:
The Talent Acquisition Officer will play a key role in the recruitment process, partnering with
hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment plans. This role
involves sourcing and attracting candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth
hiring process while providing a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and create tailored
recruitment plans.
Source and attract potential candidates using various channels, including job boards,
social media, and professional networks.
Review resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications and fit for open
positions.
Conduct phone and in-person interviews to evaluate candidate experience, skills, and
cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and relevant team members.
Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and timely
follow-up throughout the hiring process.
Manage the applicant tracking system to ensure accurate records and reporting.
Provide support for other HR-related functions as needed.
Skills
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Experience:
2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition role.
Skills & Attributes:
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate across departments.
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
Adaptable with a willingness to learn continuously.
Flexible and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Languages:
Fluency in both English and Arabic.
