Job Overview:

The Talent Acquisition Officer will play a key role in the recruitment process, partnering with

hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment plans. This role

involves sourcing and attracting candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth

hiring process while providing a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

 Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and create tailored

recruitment plans.

 Source and attract potential candidates using various channels, including job boards,

social media, and professional networks.

 Review resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications and fit for open

positions.

 Conduct phone and in-person interviews to evaluate candidate experience, skills, and

cultural fit.

 Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and relevant team members.

 Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and timely

follow-up throughout the hiring process.

 Manage the applicant tracking system to ensure accurate records and reporting.

 Provide support for other HR-related functions as needed.

Qualifications:

 Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.

Experience:

 2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition role.

Skills & Attributes:

 Strong communication and presentation skills.

 Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

 Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate across departments.

 Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.

 Adaptable with a willingness to learn continuously.

 Flexible and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Languages:

 Fluency in both English and Arabic.
