Main Responsibilities:
- Managing and Coordinating Technical Projects:
- Develop and manage the technical project roadmap, considering client needs and the company’s goals.
- Oversee the execution of technical and consulting projects from start to finish.
- Ensure technical solutions align with client requirements and strategic objectives.
- Standardizing Processes and Technical Standards:
- Develop and implement project management methodologies and frameworks such as Agile or Scrum to ensure speed and efficiency in project delivery.
- Standardize project management approaches across different teams to ensure coordination and integration between technical and consulting teams.
- Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Support the company in achieving its strategic goals by optimizing technical processes and developing solutions that align with market trends and new technologies.
- Ensure project delivery within agreed timelines and budgets while maintaining the quality of the technical solutions provided.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Work closely with clients to understand their technical needs and provide specialized consulting services.
- Ensure client satisfaction by providing regular reports and updates on project progress.
- Resolve any technical or strategic issues that arise during project implementation.
- Managing Technical Teams:
- Supervise teams of developers, engineers, and technical consultants, ensuring efficient workflow.
- Provide technical guidance and consulting support to the team and help develop necessary skills for successful project delivery.
- Managing Technical Risks:
- Identify technical risks associated with each project and address them with proactive solutions.
- Develop contingency plans and manage technical challenges that may affect project progress or product delivery.
- Analyzing Technical Performance:
- Measure and evaluate the technical and financial performance of each project.
- Provide detailed reports to management on project performance and technical outputs, with recommendations for improvement.
- Coordination Between Technical and Consulting Teams:
- Ensure collaboration between technical and consulting teams to deliver comprehensive solutions that meet client needs.
- Organize regular meetings between teams to ensure implementation of strategies and overall direction.
- Innovation and Adoption of New Technologies:
- Monitor emerging technology trends and make recommendations for their adoption within the company and projects.
- Evaluate new technologies and their potential benefits for clients, offering appropriate solutions.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in technical project management and applying best practices like Agile and Scrum.

Qualifications:
