About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Controller to join our dynamic finance team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day financial operations, providing strategic financial insights, and ensuring the overall financial health of the organization.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close process, including the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and analysis
- Assist the accounting team in the recording and reconciliation of all financial transactions, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and internal control.
- Assist in develop and implement robust financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard the company's assets and ensure the integrity of financial information
- Collaborate with department heads and business unit leaders to provide financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting support, enabling data-driven decision-making.
- Assist the annual budgeting and planning process, working closely with the leadership team to align financial goals with the organization's strategic objectives
- Serve as the primary liaison with external auditors and financial institutions, ensuring timely and accurate reporting
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3+ years of progressive experience in a financial role, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Proven track record of dealing with all aspects of financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
