Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) Senior Relationship Manager

Core Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation of the strategic plans in line with the department's objectives.
  • Participate in client acquisition implementation strategy according to marketing targets
  • Cross Sell products.
  • Perform related duties as required; annual reviews, calls/site visit, credit memos, etc.
  • Achieve all performance indicators
  • Maintain strong contact with customers, assuring information efficacy
  • Maintain strong contacts with Credit Control and Risk Officers
  • Provide customers with updated market & financial information
  • Update self-knowledge of all regulatory limitations, as applicable.
  • Provide required support to superiors, team members and colleagues
  • Adhere to the Bank policies and procedures at all times & with all customers & clients




Qualification, Years of Experience, and Nature of Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting / finance / business administration
  • Around 6 years of experience with preference in a relevant role.
  • Prior experience in Corporate Banking
