Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets.
  • Achieve individual sales goals and manage critical deals.
  • Build and maintain client relationships; handle high-value negotiations.
  • Lead and train the sales team; identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare forecasts, analyze market trends, and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Utilize market insights to refine sales approaches
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to boost sales initiatives

 

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • 3+ years in ICT sales with 2+ years in a leadership role.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic; strong CRM and negotiation skills.
  • Extensive experience in sales leadership, client acquisition, managing teams and exceeding revenue targets in the online automotive sector
  • Exceptional leadership and team-building abilities
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in data analysis, sales forecasting, and budget management
  • Comprehensive knowledge of online automotive market dynamics and industry trends is a plus.
