Job Purpose:
To manage the DC and ensure the highest customer service level, inventory accuracy, compliance with food safety standards, and compliance with HSSE standards
Key Accountabilities:
- Manage the DC inbound and outbound operations.
- Apply the approved SOPs to ensure the highest inventory accuracy and customer service level.
- Monitor the accuracy of receiving from the primary warehouse and accuracy of dispatch to sales vans and key account customers.
- Monitor the temperature and GMP in the warehouses and ensure that there is no impact on product quality.
- Manage the good return and ensure no discrepancies and report it to Finance if found.
- Ensure the highest compliance with HSSE standards.
- Optimize the operational expenses to meet the budget or less.
- Monitor the crate collection from the market and ensure an effective return to the cycle minimizing/eliminating the losses.
- Manage the product returns to the protein factory with no discrepancies.
Skills
Qualifications, Experience, and Knowledge & Skills:
Qualifications: Business administration or Engineering or equivalent
Experience: 5-7 years of experience in warehouse management in F&B and FMCG
Skills: MS office
