Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist who is a Saudi National to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for our organization. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and contribute to building a diverse and high-performing workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing & Recruiting: Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.

• Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings, coordinate interviews, and assess candidates’ skills and cultural fit for the organization.

• Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, create compelling job descriptions, and ensure alignment on candidate profiles.

• Candidate Experience: Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely feedback and support.

• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and labor market conditions to refine recruitment strategies and identify potential talent pools.

• Data Management: Utilize applicant tracking systems to manage candidate information and track recruitment metrics for reporting purposes.

• Onboarding: Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.

• Diversity & Inclusion: Promote diversity in hiring practices and help foster an inclusive workplace culture.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a corporate environment.

• Strong understanding of the local job market and labor laws in Saudi Arabia.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.

• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools. (Desirably)

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.

• Knowledge of best practices in recruitment and selection processes.
