Job Summary:


The Business Development Director for the Real Estate Investment Department will strategically develop and expand the real estate investment portfolio of the company. This position requires a deep understanding of Saudi Arabian market trends and regulations, as well as strong financial management skills and demonstrated expertise overseeing complicated investment projects.

Job Description:


Financial Analysis and Deal Structuring:



  • Conduct in-depth financial assessments to evaluate real estate investment potential.

  • Structure and negotiate deals with various stakeholders, ensuring optimal terms.

  • Oversee feasibility studies and HBU analyses for accuracy and alignment with project goals.


Business Development:



  • Proactively seek and identify new real estate investment opportunities.

  • Develop and implement strategies that support the company's growth objectives.


Proposal Management and Negotiation:



  • Prepare RFPs and evaluate bids from potential partners.

  • Negotiate favorable terms for the company in partnership agreements.


Market Knowledge and Compliance:



  • Stay updated on real estate market trends, regulations, and economic conditions in Saudi Arabia.

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and industry standards.


Relationship Management:



  • Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, partners, and stakeholders.

  • Manage key accounts to ensure satisfaction and engagement.

Skills


  • Proven track record in real estate investment, including successful project management.

  • Strong financial acumen with experience in feasibility studies and deal structuring.

  • Deep understanding of KSA real estate market trends and regulations.

  • Proven ability to prepare RFPs, evaluate proposals, and negotiate with stakeholders.

  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills.

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

  • Proven ability to develop and implement effective business development strategies.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
