Job Summary:
The Business Development Director for the Real Estate Investment Department will strategically develop and expand the real estate investment portfolio of the company. This position requires a deep understanding of Saudi Arabian market trends and regulations, as well as strong financial management skills and demonstrated expertise overseeing complicated investment projects.
Job Description:
Financial Analysis and Deal Structuring:
- Conduct in-depth financial assessments to evaluate real estate investment potential.
- Structure and negotiate deals with various stakeholders, ensuring optimal terms.
- Oversee feasibility studies and HBU analyses for accuracy and alignment with project goals.
Business Development:
- Proactively seek and identify new real estate investment opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategies that support the company's growth objectives.
Proposal Management and Negotiation:
- Prepare RFPs and evaluate bids from potential partners.
- Negotiate favorable terms for the company in partnership agreements.
Market Knowledge and Compliance:
- Stay updated on real estate market trends, regulations, and economic conditions in Saudi Arabia.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and industry standards.
Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, partners, and stakeholders.
- Manage key accounts to ensure satisfaction and engagement.
