Work description:

1.Connect with labor subcontractors, be responsible for contract negotiations with labor subcontractors and management work after subcontractors enter the site, and recruit blue-collar and white-collar personnel according to the project entry plan.

2.Responsible for expanding recruitment channels, establishing a relationship network with labor subcontractors and headhunting companies, organizing personnel interviews and leading the recruitment process

3.Timely collect the latest policies of the Saudi Ministry of Labor (Saudiization, training, wage protection, etc.), and make plans in time for superior leaders to make decisions

4.Fluent in English and proficient in Chinese are preferred

5.Responsible for the settlement of personnel resignations and handling labor disputes (participating in court appearances, communicating with lawyers, etc.)

6.Maintain the accounts of major personnel work websites of the branch, including but not limited to Muqeem, Qiwa, Gosi, Mudad, etc.

7.Assist in handling the monthly, quarterly and annual performance assessment of Saudi employees

8.Connect with labor subcontractors, be responsible for contract negotiations with labor subcontractors and management work after subcontractors enter the site, and recruit blue-collar and white-collar personnel according to the project entry plan.

9.Connect with medical insurance brokers and assist in members and dependents’ medical insurance issuing and collecting annual medical insurance quotation.

10. Optimize the company’s rules and regulations of foreign and Saudi personnel (including but not limited to salary system, vacation system, assessment system, training system, etc.)

Salary 10000-12000 riyal (including KPI examination)
