Executive - HR & Admin

  • To deploy required manpower and ensure optimisation in the plant
  • Manages and mitigates employees grievances by ensuring supervisors and leaders are creating an open forum for discussion and resolution of the same.
  • Take up and expedite continuous improvement projects aiming at process improvements in the Plant HR function.
  • Ensure safe and healthy working conditions for employees
  • Responsible for co-ordinating and organising the internal activities related to the company and ensure that the events take place as per plan and within the budget and time framework.
  • Ensure plant compliance with HR- related legal and regulatory guidelines.
  • Liaisoning with govt officials like labor department, local body and other government department based on the requirement.
  • To manage administrative function of the plant and build good relationships and keep adequate communication with all levels of employees and manage employee relations, cascade and support HR related initiatives.
  • Responsible for giving the admin related expense provision to finance and process all the admin related bills with proper verification of documents and approvals
  • Ensure discipline in the organization, conducting domestic enquiry and also taking disciplinary actions incase of violation
  • To maintain real time plant MIS
