Objective of the job:

Improve and operate the wired and wireless infrastructure and network in the company's building to host services, provide maintenance and technical support for load balancer licenses and devices, monitor server performance, organize the data center, and implement information security policies, operations, and procedural and technical controls.

Responsibilities:

• Improve and operate the wired and wireless infrastructure and network in the company's building
• Ensure the continuity of the unified education system and cloud systems
• Perform daily and monthly preventive maintenance tasks according to the plan covering network elements
• Support other administrative systems in the field of information security
• Manage security systems and respond to alerts from the National Cybersecurity Authority
• Coordinate with vendors to install security devices such as firewalls and implement a new client site with the latest standard architecture and best recommended configurations.
• Perform proactive analysis of network performance and logs
• Prepare reports on routine activities, network performance, and capacity review

Experience:

5 - 6 years of experience in the field of Network & Security.

Educational level and specialized certificates:

Bachelor's degree in computer science.

Obtain specialized professional certificates.
