Operations and Service Manager


Based in Jeddah


Below are the qualifications and responsibilities needed for this role:


Qualifications:

A degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.

Work Experience:

A minimum of 5 years of experience in operations and management, preferably in the automotive service industry.

Experience in opening and equipping new service centers or branches.

Leadership Skills:

Strong leadership abilities with an effective approach to managing a large team.

Ability to motivate, train, and develop employees.

Industry Knowledge:

Deep knowledge of the automotive industry and service centers.

Good understanding of quality standards and safety requirements.

Responsibilities:

Develop operational and management strategies to ensure efficiency and quality.

Assess the performance of existing centers and offer recommendations for improvement.

Collaborate with marketing teams to raise awareness of new centers and the services offered.

Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills (in Arabic and English).

Exhibit strong analytical skills with the ability to solve problems in innovative ways.
