The Training Coordinator (TC) will support our professional training programs in within an innovative customer centric organization on a full-time basis.

- Provide support in scheduling and setting up training events
- Maintain effective communication with delegates and key stakeholders
- Manage and monitor training schedule & events to ensure proper training planning and delivery
- Support in preparing training materials and presentation
- Support in accurate processing of training transactions including invoicing & payment
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
- Excellent Administrative Skills
- Very good command of English (verbal/written)
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience of working with financial data combined with high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Able to work to constant deadliness and use own initiative in a fast-paced environment
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of training specialist/coordinator experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or High School Diploma
- aPHRi/CPLP or equivalent certification
