Job Overview:
The Human Resources (HR) Transformation Director will lead and manage large-scale HR transformation projects, working closely with senior leadership to implement strategic initiatives that drive organizational change and enhance HR processes. This role will focus on aligning human resources strategies with business goals, leveraging digital tools, and best practices to improve operational efficiencies. The Director will play a key role in fostering a culture of innovation, performance, and continuous improvement within the HR function across the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum 8 years of experience.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale HR transformation projects.
- Strong knowledge of HR technologies, including HRIS and digital HR platforms.
- Experience in the GCC region preferred, with strong knowledge of the KSA market.
- Fluency in English and Arabic (written and verbal) is essential.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Experience in change management and aligning HR strategies with business goals.
