Job Overview:

The Financial Controller - Projects will oversee the financial aspects of project management, ensuring accurate budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for all projects. This role requires a deep understanding of project finance and the ability to collaborate effectively with project managers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Financial Planning: Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
• Cost Management: Monitor project expenditures and ensure alignment with budgets, providing insights to project managers.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare and present timely financial reports on project performance, highlighting variances and trends.
• Risk Management: Identify financial risks associated with projects and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Internal Controls: Establish and maintain financial controls specific to project management processes.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with project managers and teams to provide financial insights that support project execution.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial regulations and project accounting standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; Master’s
• Additional Certificates :CMA/CPA/FMVA
• Strong knowledge of project finance principles and financial reporting standards.
• Proficiency in financial software and project management tools.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
