Senior Marketing Specialist

Job Summary:


The Senior Marketing Specialist will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing marketing strategies for the Automobile & Motorcycle Federation. This role demands a deep understanding of the Automobile & motorcycle landscape, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to engage a diverse range of stakeholders, including sponsors, teams, and fans. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in enhancing the federation's brand visibility and driving engagement across various platforms.


Key Accountabilities:


  • Manage the execution of annual marketing plans, including field and channel marketing strategies.
  • Oversee the design and content creation of advertising campaigns, ensuring alignment with the needs of the target audience.
  • Design and implement campaigns to introduce prospective customers to new product releases while building brand awareness.
  • Track and analyze results from each advertising campaign to assess customer engagement, identify areas for improvement, and ensure effective ROI, including impact on sales growth and brand equity.
  • Qualify and contract marketing and advertising service providers, as well as printing agencies, to guarantee quality and efficiency.
  • Ensure that brand messaging remains strong and consistent across all channels and marketing activities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to produce compelling content for social media, websites, newsletters, and promotional materials.
  • Oversee the production and execution of outlet branding and development of promotional materials.
  • Analyze market trends, audience insights, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies and identify growth opportunities.
  • Manage relationships with sponsors and partners to maximize marketing collaborations and ensure alignment with brand objectives.
  • Plan and coordinate marketing events, including races, exhibitions, and promotional activities, ensuring successful execution and measurable outcomes.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, utilizing data analytics to guide future strategies.
  • Work closely with the communications team to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.


Minimum Qualifications:

Must be holding a Bachelor in a relevant field.


Minimum Experience:

Must have a minimum of 4 years as a senior marketing.


Required Skills:


  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence sponsors, teams, and fans.
  • Strategic thinking and creativity to design and implement innovative marketing campaigns.
  • Time management and organizational skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, including social media, email marketing, and content management.
  • Competence in marketing analytics tools to monitor campaign performance and ROI.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs (Excel, PowerPoint) for documentation, reporting, and presentations.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, including communications, design, and sales.
