Assistant Manager - Contracts Management

Qiddiya Investment Company is at the forefront of transforming Saudi Arabia's entertainment and leisure landscape. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager - Contracts Management. In this role, you will support the management of contracts across various projects, ensuring compliance and effective project execution through sound contract practices.

Responsibilities

  • Interpret construction terminologies and review contract templates for compliance
  • Assess RFP packages and contractual terms, identifying and mitigating risks
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to summarize contractual actions
  • Conduct financial due diligence on contractors and perform award analysis
  • Develop negotiation strategies and document meeting outcomes
  • Limit company exposure in non-standard agreements while enforcing compliance
  • Provide insights for the Bid Review Program (BRP) to ensure competitiveness
  • Analyze data and generate regular reports on contract performance


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in contract management or a related field, preferably within the construction or real estate sectors
  • Proficiency in contract management software and MS Office applications
