Role Description
- Respond to RFP’s/RFQ's and create winning proposals.
- Working closely with all teams (Finance, service delivery, legal, etc) to develop a winning proposal, competitor evaluation and creating differentiated value propositions.
- Responding to RFI's and capability questionnaires - articulate responses to a “request for information” to showcase company capabilities and strengths in the specific domain.
- Knowledge & content management.
- Build a network of suppliers and manufacturers related to the field to assure competitive pricing.
Skills
- BSc degree in the related field.
- Senior presales with experience in telecom active network elements and ICT/CCTV projects.
- Familiar with telecom and PIF standards and UPL items (stc, Tahakom, SCAI, STCS, etc)
- Very good understanding of Pre-sales process and activities.
- Has knowledge and certifications in networking CCNA, CCNP, etc.
- Ensuring compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and local codes.
- Ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously.
- Good analytical & research skills; ability to draw meaningful insights and inferences from data and build a competitive proposal.
- Good communication & interpersonal skills.
- Excellent English speaking and writing skills.
- Ability to work independently with diverse & global teams from vendor and suppliers.
- Keeping and managing all RFP and proposals documents and prepare reports for management.
