Responsibilities:
Will play a crucial role in leading the digital transformation initiatives within MODON. The supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of digital strategies, improving services, enhancing efficiency, and ensuring the authority adapts to modern technologies. This role involves collaborating with various departments, understanding operational needs, and applying innovative solutions to optimize processes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategy Development and Implementation:
- Develop and execute digital transformation strategies in alignment with the authority’s goals.
- Lead projects that integrate digital tools and platforms to improve public service delivery.
- Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and new technologies to streamline government operations.
2. Project Management:
- Oversee the execution of digital projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Collaborate with IT teams, external vendors, and other departments to ensure successful implementation of digital initiatives.
- Monitor the progress of ongoing digital transformation projects and make necessary adjustments.
3. Stakeholder Engagement:
- Serve as the main point of contact between departments and digital transformation teams.

4. Change Management:
