The Recruitment Coordinator (Tamheer) plays a pivotal role in the hiring process within the Industrial Engineering & Automation sector.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Coordinate job postings on various platforms and manage applications.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications.
- Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth process.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate records.
- Prepare and send offer letters and employment contracts to selected candidates.
- Assist in organizing recruitment events and job fairs to promote the company.
- Provide support in onboarding new hires and ensuring a seamless transition into the company.
- Collaborate with HR team members to enhance recruitment processes and policies.
- Monitor and report on recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies.
Tamheer:
- The Tamheer program is a six months long on-the-job training program for Saudi graduates under the umbrella of HRDF.
- In order to be eligible for the Tamheer program, you must meet all of the criteria listed below:
- Should be a Saudi national.
- Should have a bachelor’s degree or above.
- Should not have been employed for last six months
- Should not be currently employed.
- Should not have previously participated in the Tamheer program
