Recruitment Coordinator ( Tamheer)

The Recruitment Coordinator (Tamheer) plays a pivotal role in the hiring process within the Industrial Engineering & Automation sector.

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  2. Coordinate job postings on various platforms and manage applications.
  3. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications.
  4. Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth process.
  5. Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate records.
  6. Prepare and send offer letters and employment contracts to selected candidates.
  7. Assist in organizing recruitment events and job fairs to promote the company.
  8. Provide support in onboarding new hires and ensuring a seamless transition into the company.
  9. Collaborate with HR team members to enhance recruitment processes and policies.
  10. Monitor and report on recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies.

Tamheer:

  • The Tamheer program is a six months long on-the-job training program for Saudi graduates under the umbrella of HRDF.
  • In order to be eligible for the Tamheer program, you must meet all of the criteria listed below:
  • Should be a Saudi national.
  • Should have a bachelor’s degree or above.
  • Should not have been employed for last six months
  • Should not be currently employed.
  • Should not have previously participated in the Tamheer program

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
