Role Purpose
To sell the company’s products in a pre-defined geography, ensuring in-store execution and managing accounts receivables while maintaining strong relationships with store personnel, in accordance with company policies, procedures, and systems, with the aim of increasing ASD’s profits and market share.
Key Accountabilities:
1- Daily Operations
- Follow the day-to-day operations related to your own job to ensure continuity of work.
- Pre-sell the order beforehand based on the customer’s actual shelf stock and previous consumption averages, in line with the company’s sales and distribution objectives.
- Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of processes and practices.
- Assist in the preparation of timely and accurate reports for the Sales department to meet company and department requirements, policies, and standards.
2- Sales
- Implement ASD’s sales fundamentals, e.g., coverage, distribution, and visibility.
- Follow the coverage plan as defined by your superior.
- Implement the MSL by customer type.
- Merchandise products in chillers, dry shelves, or off-shelf displays, and follow set quality and merchandising guidelines, including the implementation of POSM.
- Remove returns immediately from the shelves and return them to the branch as per ASD-approved policies.
- Suggest the daily loads in line with targets and market conditions.
- Take responsibility for cash collection from all customers in the assigned area.
- Build and manage relationships with different customers to increase satisfaction.
- Use the correct database to sell to customers.
- Provide market intelligence information to the Sales Supervisor.
3- Policies, Processes & Procedures
- Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
4- Safety, Quality & Environment
- Comply with all relevant safety, quality, and environmental management policies, procedures, and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.
Job Requirement:
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in a related industry.
- Diploma in Business or a High School Certificate.
