Job Summary:
The Head of Marketing for Saudi Arabia will spearhead our marketing initiatives within this key market. This executive role involves crafting strategic marketing plans tailored to the unique cultural and consumer landscape of Saudi Arabia, driving brand growth, and leading local execution in alignment with regional/global objectives.
What You'll Do:
• Develop marketing strategies specific to Saudi Arabia.
• Lead and mentor a dedicated team, ensuring alignment with broader company goals.
• Execute compelling campaigns that engage audiences and drive business growth.
• Manage budgets meticulously to maximize return on investment.
• Cultivate strong relationships with partners and stakeholders within the region.
• Utilize analytics to refine marketing tactics continuously.
Who You Are:
• A degree holder in Marketing or related field; MBA preferred.
• Fluent in Arabic & English; culturally attuned to nuances within GCC markets.
• An experienced marketer in the luxury retail, preferably the beauty field, with substantial knowledge
of the Saudi Arabian landscape.
