Overview of the role

We are currently looking for a Sales Manager primary goals for ownership and control of the FAMCO Saudi Arabia, unit sales within a given branch / wing of the business.

 

What you will do

  • Recruitment of and installation of staff capable of operating in a Material Handling environment and process
  • Brand specific training and development of sales and support staff
  • Drive and achievement of agreed targets (focus on volume, margin, and ultimately revenue growth)
  • Managing Sales Consultants, to plan and implement objectives including achieving the branch sales targets, personal development and maintaining a motivated healthy team environment 
  • Ensure Monthly over dues are not more than agreed target
  • Ensure old aged stock is below 10% of overall stock at all times
  • Ensure that the Sales Consultants are meeting with Al Futtaim Standards and is always high on Customer Service values by managing customer expectations
  • To support the Head of Business and other stakeholders on initiatives for the division


Skills

Required skills to be successful

  • Bachelor Degree
  • At least 5 to 7 years of experience gained in the automotive industry preferably in the Commercial Vehicles division
  • 3 years should be in a managerial position. 
  • KSA Local Market experience
