Job Summary:
The Quality Officer is responsible for ensuring that the organization meets established quality standards in products and services. Key Responsibilities:
Quality Assurance:
Develop and implement quality management systems and procedures.
Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to ensure compliance with standards.
Data Analysis:
Analyze quality performance metrics and prepare reports for management.
Identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.
Process Improvement:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements.

Customer Feedback:
Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify quality issues.
Work with relevant departments to address and resolve quality concerns.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of quality inspections, audits, and corrective actions.
Ensure proper documentation is in place for quality management processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in quality assurance or quality control.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Proficient in MS Office.
Strong organizational and time-management skills
