Organizational Development Manager

Job Tasks:

  • Designing and managing compensation and benefits programs, conducting job evaluations, Organization Structure, KPIs, and enhancing HR analytics capabilities.
  • Analyze compensation data to make informed decisions on pay policies and adjustments.
  • Generate reports and present findings to management.
  • Develop and administer competitive compensation and benefits packages.
  • Conduct regular benchmarking to ensure our offerings align with market trends.
  • Monitor and review existing compensation structures for effectiveness.
  • Conduct comprehensive job evaluations to establish fair pay scales.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Utilize advanced Excel skills and HR analytics tools, including PowerBI, to extract meaningful insights.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience (7years) in Organization Development.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Experience in dealing with big consulting firm.
