Responsibilities
- Supervising all the work and activities of the shared services, including general services such as administrative services, maintenance, cleaning, security and safety services, administrative communications, correspondence, etc.
- Planning and following up on the implementation of periodic and preventive maintenance programs for the entity's facilities, equipment, devices and properties, in addition to reviewing maintenance contracts and ensuring the quality of their implementation.
- Supervising the organization of the exchange of incoming and outgoing correspondence to and from the entity, monitoring the processes of classifying and archiving them, and ensuring their documentation and preservation in accordance with the procedures followed in this regard.
- Supervising the level of services provided in the affiliated organizational units in terms of quality, accuracy, effectiveness and professionalism, and submitting proposals related to developing the workflow and procedures followed.
Reviewing and following up on the progress of contracts and agreements with other entities, external companies and private institutions, and coordinating with other organizational units concerned with these contracts and agreements to ensure the workflow according to the concluded contracts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience between 3 - 5 years
