Governance Supervisor

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct legal analysis and research on various legal matters of the client or the organization.
  • Provide advice on different legal issues and assist in drafting legal opinions, memoranda, and other briefing documents.
  • To be actively involved in preparing and drafting different acts and legal submissions and draft authoritative legal opinions as well.
  • Conduct legal research by utilizing various resources and selecting the relevant material to analyze the legal information.
  • Review legal risks involved in various business deals and share the same with the management.
  • Participate in handling litigation/litigious matters, provide legal consulting and legal opinions, and help resolve disputes.
  • Coordinating projects related to Governance activities Participating in establishing/Reviewing Committees procedures manuals.
  • Assists in monitoring the conformance of the Board and the Committee to applicable regulations, reviewing the company corporate governance, and determining the regulations, legislations.
  • Participating in establishing/Reviewing Committees procedures manuals.
  • Work with Data Privacy, Compliance, and Data Management team on data privacy law issues.


Required Skills:

  • Solid knowledge of KSA Law and Labor Law
  • Communication skills (negotiation, expressing, presenting precisely, verbally in writing)
  • Deep knowledge of management, legal general knowledge
  • Good understanding of industry, processes structures
  • Good negotiation conflict resolution skills
  • Very good written and oral communication skills in English Arabic


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor in Law
  • Min Experience 4 years in Legal & Governance
