We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to establish and grow our sales department. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in software sales and a proven track record of driving results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Establish and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive growth in the Saudi Market.
- Lead Generation: Identify, qualify, and engage potential clients in various industries, focusing on those with quality management needs.
- Partnership Development: Collaborate with quality management consultation companies to integrate the QMS software into their ISO consultation services, offering our software as a key tool for their clients.
- Market Expansion: Explore and identify new markets and opportunities within KSA. focusing on industries with high compliance and quality management needs.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring long-term satisfaction and retention.
- Marketing Activities: Handling key marketing activities, including developing marketing materials, managing digital marketing efforts, and coordinating with external marketing vendors when necessary.
- Team Building: As the department grows, recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.
- Reporting: Regularly report on sales activities, pipeline development, and revenue forecasts to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Proven Sales Record: Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets, particularly in software sales within the B2B sector.
- Experience: Strong background in software sales is essential. Experience in quality management or related fields is a strong plus.
- Languages: Fluency in both Arabic and English is required.
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or any related field is preferred.
