FM Sales Executive

Confidential Government - Saudi - Jeddah

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven FM Sales Executive to join our team in Jeddah. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and promoting our FM services to drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, lead generation, and client referrals. • - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored FM solutions.
  • Conduct presentations, site visits, and meetings to showcase our services and capabilities
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, marketing, and customer service) to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments.


Qualifications


• 3+ years of sales experience in the FM industry or related field.

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue.

• Strong understanding of FM services, including Hard / Soft Services - Landscaping, Pest Control etc.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
