MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Administers the contract between the client and/or end user, government offices and company and coordinates relations.
Directs, plans and coordinates all program activities and contract obligations.
Determines department policies consistent with corporate goals and objectives.
Determines administrative manpower requirements.
Provides training, direction, and performance review to direct reports.
Develops and maintains the relationship with customer.
Coordinates the application of offset agreements.
Coordinates the preparation of proposals for contract options, and customer’s change requests.
Coordinates vehicle deliveries and payments.
Ensures that records pertaining to contract correspondence, deliveries, amendments, and changes are maintained.
Ensures regular update of contract action items.
Prepares annual departmental budget.
Monitors and enhances the program efficiency
Reviews activity reports of the operation to determine progress and status in attaining objectives
Reviews and approves operational manpower requirements
Reviews and approves promotion request of the related departments
Manages near term financial and operational objectives
Controls and coordinates material shipments from company and directs the custom operations
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Engineering degree
At least 10-12 years of experience including managerial and contract administration experience, preferably within a joint venture organization
Fluency in English
Coordination and interpersonal skills
