  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand the organization's procurement needs, and identify potential suppliers, negotiating favourable terms and conditions while ensuring cost efficiency and maintaining quality standards.
  • Carry out in-depth market research and stay attuned to industry trends, recognizing possibilities for cost-saving initiatives and process advancements in the procurement domain.
  • Secure compliance with procurement-associated regulations and uphold thorough documentation for audits and assessments, preserving ethical and legal adherence.
  • Safekeeping of all assets and materials
  • Maintain inventory, asset reports and assets reconciliation
  • Preparation of all Project Material request and follow up to Procurement Supervisor
  • Sourcing out of required material quotation.
  • Review Project Material Take Off list
  • Review Design Package with Project Manager to prepare material request
  • Material issuance to Project Team
  • Responsible for issuing Project Instruments, handing over and safekeeping. Must prepare a tracking log of all Project instruments
  • Material collection from the client, issuance to the Project Team and make sure balance was returned to the client with proper documentation
  • Prepare Materials Report (Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly) and Forecast for Material Requirement
  • Ensure all instruments are calibrated and valid
