Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the PMO's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for PMO members.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and other relevant documentation.
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and correspondence on behalf of the PMO.
- Maintain and organize project documentation, including project plans, charters, scope statements, and other project-related files.
- Assist in formatting and editing documents and presentations to adhere to organizational standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
