#Hiring Senior Strategic Planning Manager - ARABS NATIONAL for our Banking Domain Client in Riyadh, KSA.

Candidates who worked with PWC, Deloitte, McKinsey, BCG, Bain, etc. with relevant experience in the Financial Services industry.

Core Responsibility:
• Contribute to developing the vision, mission, long term objectives and strategic guidelines to identify targets and KPIs.
• Lead the development of the corporate strategy to influence key business decision making
• Developing strategic plans / initiatives that align with the overall corporate strategy.
• Responsible for translating high-level strategic objectives into measurable, specific actions that can be executed by teams across the organization.
• Collaborate with project management to ensure that initiatives have appropriate resources for development
• Ensure the effective delivery of strategic communications around all business area activity
• Preparing and presenting strategic documents and reports for key stakeholders, including the Board of Directors, shareholders, and other strategic partners.
• Leading strategic projects and teams that analyze and prioritize business opportunities, ensuring efficient resource allocation and value creation.
• Identifying and analyzing internal and external challenges and opportunities to assess their impact on the organization and taking strategic actions to address them.
• Ensuring that the company's strategy is reviewed and updated as needed, with action plans and mitigation steps in place to address any deviations or gaps.
• Leading and organizing work to address top-priority, CEO-level strategic topics or problems and creating tailored solutions for the company.
• Collaborating with department and business unit heads to produce business and product plans that align with the organization's strategic objectives and evaluating those plans periodically.
• Leading and guiding members of senior management, building and sharing a strategic vision that inspires commitment and alignment with the organization's goals.
• Providing direction and leadership to achieve the division's strategy, annual goals, and objectives.
• Provide advice on strategic planning framework and processes and contribute to decision making regarding strategic planning approaches
