We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Floor Supervisor to join our beauty retail team. 

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily sales of the floor, ensuring excellent customer service, and leading a team of beauty advisors. 

The Floor Supervisor will play a key role in driving sales, maintaining a visually appealing store environment, and upholding the highest standards of professionalism and product knowledge. 

Responsibilities: 

Oversee the daily operations of the floor, including opening and closing procedures

Provide exceptional customer service and assist with customer inquiries and concerns

Lead and motivate a team of beauty advisors to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer experiences

Train new staff members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies 

Handle escalated customer issues and ensure resolution in a professional and timely manner

Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and promotional activities 

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations 

Requirements: 

Proven experience in a retail supervisory role, preferably in the beauty or fashion industry

Strong leadership and team management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Passion for delivering outstanding customer service - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Sound knowledge of beauty products and industry trends 

Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer applications

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
