Receptionist

Job Overview:

Under the supervision of the Branch Manager, Receptionist is responsible for Establishing and Maintaining Professional Working Relations and Assumes responsibility for related duties as required or assigned and Build Customer Relationships.

Key Responsibilities:


1- Establishing and Maintaining Professional Working Relations:

  • answer telephone, screen and direct calls
  • Take appointments
  • take and relay messages
  • provide information to callers
  • greet persons entering organization
  • direct persons to correct destination
  • deal with queries from the public and customers
  • ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization
  • monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness
  • provide general administrative and clerical support
  • provide Attendance Reports
  • provide Sales reports
  • Maintain inventory reports


2- Assumes responsibility for related duties as required or assigned:

  • Check the system and connection
  • Provide customers with all information for all our services
  • Be aware to handle and solve all problems with the customers
  • Maintain all Legal documents for the Branch and the staff to be valid


3- Build Customer Relationships:

  • Ensure individualized guest service through acknowledging and responding to their needs and expectation
  • Ask the guest about the service
  • Market the Services and Products for the Nail Shop and the SPA
  • Implementation of proper tools to assess technical/leadership skills of new and current employees


Qualifications


  • High school diploma or relevant work experience
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude
  • Excellent communication skills
