What are we looking for?
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive candidate with deep knowledge of the Saudi market for the role of Seller Relationship Manager in Saudi Arabia. The primary responsibility of this role is to build and maintain strong relationships with our sellers, ensuring their satisfaction and success on our platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting seller visits, identifying their pain points, and collaborating with internal teams to address and resolve these issues
What will the role look like?
You will:
- Conduct regular visits to sellers to understand their challenges, needs, and expectations.
- Gather insights from sellers and communicate their concerns to relevant internal teams.
- Work closely with internal teams (e.g., operations, product, customer service) to develop and implement solutions to sellers' issues.
- Monitor the performance and satisfaction levels of sellers and proactively address any concerns.
- Provide training and support to sellers on how to maximize their success on our platform.
- Maintain accurate records of seller interactions and progress made on resolving their issues.
- Analyze seller data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management, highlighting key insights and progress.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a relationship management role, preferably within the e-commerce industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to analyze data and present insights effectively.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to addressing issues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia for seller visits.
