  • Leading customer journey mapping to ensure optimized, structured processes, and governed touchpoints are lean and effective in alignment with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strategy design .
  • Operating model design .
  • Business process re-engineering .
  • Process improvement (Lean) .
  • Governance modeling .
  • Change Management.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor Industrial Engineering or MIS OR Information Systems or any engineering field


Experience:


  • Minimum 7 years of experience in lean methodology and work on design operating model.
