Key Responsibilities

  1. Strategic Leadership:
  • Department Management: Provide strategic direction and leadership for the electrical engineering department, aligning departmental goals with organizational objectives.
  • Policy Development: Develop and implement policies, procedures, and standards for electrical engineering practices.
  1. Project Management:
  • Project Oversight: Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of electrical engineering projects, ensuring they meet scope, schedule, and budget requirements.
  • Coordination: Coordinate with other departments, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and integration.
  1. Technical Expertise:
  • Design and Implementation: Provide technical guidance and expertise in electrical design, installation, and maintenance of systems and equipment.
  • Innovation: Promote innovation and the adoption of new technologies and best practices in electrical engineering.
  1. Compliance and Standards:
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all electrical engineering activities comply with relevant regulations, standards, and safety requirements.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement and enforce quality assurance processes to ensure high standards of electrical work and system performance.
  1. Team Leadership:
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage the electrical engineering team, including setting objectives, providing training, and evaluating performance.
