Job Purpose: The Back Office Business Unit provides statutory and regulatory business compliance services in Saudi Arabia. Your role is to support the Head of Strategic Accounts in managing day-to-day service delivery, overseeing the Back Office team, ensuring compliance with procedures, and driving continuous improvement. You are also expected to have a good understanding of Saudi Arabia's compliance environment and may need to fill in for the Head of Strategic Accounts, support business development, and facilitate financial reporting.
Job Description:
- Conduct monthly one-on-one meetings with Business Unit employees.
- Lead team and project meetings.
- Ensure adherence to company behavior and conduct policies.
- Efficiently onboard new employees within the Business Unit.
- Manage and develop team members according to identified business and personal development needs.
- Review and assess the status of all contracts and projects within the Business Unit.
- Manage client relationships and conduct regular contract review meetings.
- Oversee client contracts and handle client debt reduction.
- Identify additional business opportunities with existing clients.
- Submit the bi-annual self-assessment report.
- Supervise and coordinate debt reporting and collection across the business units.
- Comply with the company's internal reporting procedures.
- Prepare monthly operational reports for the company's board.
- Ensure all key Business Unit activities are accomplished up to the desired quality standards and within the specified time.
- Renew necessary licenses and registrations.
- Manage critical government portals.
- Issue employee-related documentation.
- Ensure ongoing compliance with employee mobilization and immigration.
- Participate in team and project management meetings as needed.
- Assist HR in preparing, processing, and submitting legal documents.
- Support finance in preparing financial documentation and chasing overdue invoices.
- Make internal referrals to our services and products when appropriate.
- Serve as a backup for the Head of Strategic Accounts.
- Support the OMT in driving internal change and improving policies and processes within the organization.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in account management
- Proven experience in leading and successfully delivering complex projects
- Excellent project management skills, particularly in risk management, process mapping, document control, and action plan reviewing
- Demonstrable experience in managing services for senior internal and external stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes
- Ability to write and critically review proposals and other contractual documentation
- Coaching, mentoring, and staff development skills
- Rapport and relationship-building and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
